Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Skewers

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 red bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 yellow bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 zucchini, sliced into rounds

1 red onion, cut into wedges

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Directions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.

Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
